Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery Conditions

At Toprak Clothing, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Your orders will be handed over to the courier company within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries are made to the address specified during the order.

  • Orders placed on official holidays or weekends are processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the speed of the courier service.

In case of any delivery delays, you can always contact Toprak Clothing customer support.
While our company is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, we are always ready to assist you in resolving any issues.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping may be free for certain promotions.

  • If there is no active promotion, the shipping fee will be specified during checkout and is payable by the customer.

  • In case of returns due to exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs will be covered by Toprak Clothing.

3. Important Notes When Receiving the Product

  • Please check the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

  • If there is any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, have a report prepared by the courier and do not accept the delivery.

  • Keep a copy of the report and inform our customer support immediately.

4. Return Conditions

At Toprak Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
You can return your products under the following conditions:

  • You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery without any justification.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.

  • To initiate a return, you can simply send a written request to info@toprakclothing.com.

  • An invoice must be provided along with the returned products.

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Products

According to the Law on Consumer Protection and relevant regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products or products that have lost their resellable condition,

  • Underwear and innerwear products (due to hygiene reasons),

  • Customized products made specifically according to the customer’s request.

6. Exchange Conditions

  • You can request a product exchange within 14 days after receiving your order by contacting info@toprakclothing.com.

  • Products requested for exchange must be unused and undamaged.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
