DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Article 1 - Parties
This Contract is concluded electronically between the "Seller" and the "Buyer" with the terms and conditions specified below.

Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website (www.toprakclothing.com) in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and relevant regulations.

Article 3 - Product Information
Details such as type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and other information about the purchased products are specified on the order screen.

Article 4 - Product Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery is completed within 1-5 business days after the shipment to the courier.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any reason within 14 days after receiving the product by sending a written notification to the Seller.

Article 6 - Return Conditions
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original invoice and packaging. Shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal will be covered by the Seller.

Article 7 - Competent Court
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved by Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.

Article 8 - Enforcement
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this contract upon confirming the order.
